Giving Tuesday: Helping Bears and Dogs Find Their Way Home
This Giving Tuesday, we’re celebrating two incredible organizations that share our passion for protecting and supporting animals. From rehabilitating wildlife and returning them to their natural habitats to helping overlooked shelter dogs find loving homes, these groups are making a profound impact.

1. Dog Breath Photography’s “The Greatest Adventure” Project
This summer, we had the incredible honour of teaming up with Kaylee Greer and her amazing crew for their RV road trip across the U.S. Their mission? To help overlooked shelter dogs get their second chance. The Greatest Adventure Team hit the road in their RV’s, fully outfitted with Kuma Gear, ensuring their journey was as comfortable as it was impactful. But the real highlight? Watching them take these well deserving dogs on an outdoor adventure! Plus, every shelter they visited received a special gift including a Lazy Bear Dog Bed for the newly adopted pups to take to their new homes.
At each stop, the team whisked the shelter dogs away for unforgettable outdoor adventures, from splashing in lakes to exploring hiking trails. These experiences weren’t just for fun, they gave Kaylee the chance to snap stunning photos of the dogs, making them shine for potential adopters. Even better, Kaylee and her team hosted workshops for shelter staff and community members while they were there, sharing tips and tools to help them tell their stories long after the RV pulled away. The result? More eyes on these deserving pups and a greater shot at adoption!

2. Northern Lights Wildlife Society (NLWS)
Northern Lights Wildlife Society (NLWS) is making an extraordinary impact by rehabilitating and re-wilding wildlife - bears included!
